On March 2, 4, and 5, the facility conducted orientation sessions for newly admitted inmates.
On March 9, the facility, in collaboration with the Hualien County Family Education Center, invited Executive Director Lin Hsin-Ying from Narconon Yunlin Drug Rehabilitation Center to conduct two lectures on family relationship restoration and parenting education for adolescents.
On March 12, the facility, in collaboration with the Taiwan After-Care Fellowship, invited a short-term mission team from Grace Church Singapore to conduct life education through hymns and anti-drug testimony sharing.
On March 17, the facility invited Professor Lin Chun-Hsiung from the Tathata Cultuyal Foundation to conduct a lecture on the benefits of meditation.
On March 18, the facility invited Social Worker Chen Wen-Fa from the Yuli Employment Counseling Center to conduct an employment program for rehabilitated individuals under protection.
On March 18, the facility held a badminton competition.
On March 26, the facility conducted a group counseling session on stress management for long-term inmates.
On March 31, the facility invited Mr. Wang Chin-Chan, founder of Whateverc Coffee in Hualien County, to conduct a group counseling session for elderly and disabled inmates, featuring a hand-brewed coffee workshop.
