"Zihciang Minimum-Security Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice" has one warden to conduct the business of whole prison, and one deputy warden to assist warden's duty. The prison consists of five sections as Rehabilitation & Education, Operation, Health & Hygiene, Security and General Affairs, as well as three offices as Personnel, Accounting and Civil Service Ethics Office to conduct related businesses. In addition, the supervisors of each section form the Prison Officers' Committee. In addition to the Parole Board, such Committees as Investigation & Classification Guidance, Rehabilitation &Education Guidance, Prison Labor Guidance, Health &Hygiene Guidance and Treatment Research Guidance are established.
