1.On November 19, a foot-style bowling competition was held.

2.On November 24, the facility invited Psychologist Li Yun-Ru from Secret Garden Counseling Center to conduct a restorative justice course.

3.On November 3, 19, and 24, the facility invited Assistant Professor Li Hui-Fang from National Dong Hwa University to conduct anti-drug education courses.

4.On November 26, the facility invited Attorney Li Wei-Chen from the Hualien Branch of the Legal Aid Foundation to conduct a legal education session.

5.On November 27, the facility invited Social Worker Huang Mei-Yu from the Taiwan Companion Support Association and Chairperson Chiang Ying-Fan from the Taiwan Gender Equality Association to conduct a gender education program
